So I just read the article called "When Google Is Not Your Friend", on the CNet News website. It was quite interesting that Google can trace users through searches they've typed into their computers. However, I think this is an invasion of privacy of U.S. citizens. I'm pretty sure the FBI can resort to other means of proving criminal behavior than going through search engine words. There are many curious people around the world that could type sketchy words into a search engine and if that's going to link them to a murder, HA that's ridiculous. Of course they could argue that "Freedom of Curiosity" is not in the First Amendment, but then there should be some sort of U.S. freedom protection to search the World Wide Web. Wouldn't you think?
